We have a great opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining building safety through effective management and technical know-how.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical and senior engineers.
  • Oversee workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide guidance and support for professional development and technical excellence.
  • Assist in complex problem-solving and provide technical solutions
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with a team of Advisors to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in developing efficiencies and improving service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience in passive fire protection, especially in building envelopes, façade systems, cavity barriers, and fire stops.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and respect in the workplace.
