A leading Electromechanical Service Provider with branches across the UK are currently seeking a dedicated Sales & Business Development Executive to handle all internal sales and business development activities at their Leicester site. The role also involves supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring seamless operations while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage customer enquiries over the phone.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching dormant and new accounts.
  • Ensure customer service levels exceed expectations.
  • Produce quotes as directed by the Branch Manager and follow sales strategies from the Sales Director.
  • Proactively chase orders, quotes, and purchase orders (POs) from customers.
  • Collaborate daily with Area Sales Managers to process sales documentation and assist with lead generation.

The Person

  • Proven track record in sales with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, especially over the phone.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
