Workshop Engineer

£15 per hour plus overtime

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for repairing and maintaining electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes?

If so A leading Electromechanical Service provider with branches around the UK are current looking for a Workshop Engineer to join their team in Cheddar

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and overhaul electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance, repairs, and assembly of rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults on breakdown equipment.
• Accurately complete workshop documentation and daily timesheets.
• Be available for call-outs, shift work, or overtime as required.
• Support team efforts and perform other duties as directed by the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience with electrical motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable with good timekeeping habits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
