A leading global manufacturer, due to their continued success is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to manage and coordinate site-related activities, ensuring the successful completion of surveys, inspections, training, and data management. This role requires maintaining effective communication with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work scheduling in collaboration with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator.
- Effectively engage with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Complete site surveys utilising a specialised reporting app.
- Deliver comprehensive on-site customer training.
- Accurately report and manage project data.
- Conduct thorough site visits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance and quality.
Capabilities:
- Possess knowledge of external wall construction in both low and high-rise buildings.
- Understanding of passive fire protection systems is desirable.
- Previous experience dealing with contractors on-site is essential.
- A background in engineering, façade management, or installation is advantageous.
Industry Experience:
- Familiarity with site audit software is beneficial, with training provided if necessary.
- Strong understanding of site survey and inspection processes.
- Proven ability to deliver effective on-site customer training.
