We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations within the machine shop . You will ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and targets. You will be leading a team of production workers and work with other departments to optimise productivity and address any operational challenges.

The Person

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or production.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is desirable.
